3. All mortgage information
4. Rent rolls, most recent 3 months actual rent collections, total actual rental collection for last 12 months and miscellaneous income.
5. Current property tax bill, assessments
6. Past 12 months' utility costs (electric, gas, water, sewage and trash)
7. Financial statements for the past 3 years
8. All service contracts, if applicable
